Sufficient timing in placing an order through Kimmy Bakes is paramount. To guarantee your order with Kimmy Bakes, the earlier, the better. Depending on the seasonality, a minimum of 7 days notice with orders for Cakes, Cake Pops & Cookies. With Cupcakes, Donuts (baked) & Dessert Cups, a minimum of 4 days notice.
With Wedding Cake orders, a minimum of 6 weeks notice.

Yes. There are Cake, Cupcake & Cookie options for individuals with intolerances for Gluten, Vegan or Dairy. Please contact Kimmy Bakes for more info.

Yes. Within a 5 kilometre radius of Kimmy Bakes’ private studio based in Keysborough, delivery is free. A fee will apply where the provided address is located beyond the radius.

Buttercream Cakes: When wrapped and stored in the fridge, it is best to consume Buttercream Cakes within 3-4 days. If there are fresh fruit or cream cheese, consume within 1-2 days.

Fondant Cakes: When wrapped and stored in the fridge, it is best to consume within 7-10 days. If stored in an airtight container at room temperature, it will keep to 3-4 days.

Leftover Buttercream/Fondant Cakes can be wrapped up and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. However, taste and texture will deteriorate overtime and so it is recommended to consume cakes closest to the order date.

Cupcakes: For quality assurance, Kimmy Bakes only bakes cupcakes on the day of the order and it is recommended to consume cupcakes within 24 hours. Cupcakes containing no fruit or cream cheese will stay fresh up to 2 days at room temperature. Cupcakes containing fruit and/or cream cheese will need to be consumed within 24 hours.

Cake Pops: Stored at room temperature, Cake Pops can be kept up to 7 days. When refrigerated, they last up to 1.5-2 weeks in an air tight container.
